Program Information:
- Rolling Dale currently operates three Residence Homes in Rivers.
- Staff will typically be assisting with cooking, cleaning, outings, personal care routines, completing documentation/charting, medication administration.
- Day Program operates Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM until 4:30 PM.
- Staff typically will be assisting with community job placements, cleaning, personal care routines, documentation/charting, medication administration, crafting, games and socialization activities.
Paid training opportunities are available for all new staff and existing staff.
Support worker positions are available for both the Residential Program and Day Program.

- Provide Emotional Support. Providing emotional guidance, active listening and a caring presence
- Skill Build. Assisting Individuals in acquiring and enhancing life skills, from cooking to budgeting.
- Crisis Manage. Supporting Individuals during difficult times and crisis situations.
- Assist with Community Integration. Helping Individuals engage in their community through social activities and connections.
- Monitor Health. Monitoring Individuals’ health and well-being.
- Document. Maintaining accurate records to track Individuals’ development.
- Educate. Educating Individuals about available services, life skills, and health related topics.
- Provide Safety. Ensuring the safety and well-being of Individuals, identifying potential risks.
Hiring Information
Start Wage: $17.28 per hour
Benefits: 50/50 Split between RDE and Employee with Dental, Vision, Extended Health, Long Term Disability and Life Insurance. Available to staff who work in permanent P/T or F/T positions with average of 40 hrs bi-weekly.
Documents Required:
Criminal Records Check (CRC), Adult Abuse Registry Check (AAR), Class 5I or 5F License, Driver’s Abstract, Education Level Verification, Emergency First Aid/CPR
CRC and AAR Checks must have been obtained within the last three months.
